Masanori Sueoka has over 27 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. He started his career at Sanwa Bank (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Bank) in corporate sales division. After a secondment to the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and experience in the International Department's management planning, he worked at the New York branch handling debt purchasing operations and real estate finance for US-REITs and other entities. In 2007, he made a career shift to the finance and real estate startup scene. There, he spearheaded the establishment of an asset finance fund specializing in real estate sale-and-leaseback operations. He raised funds primarily from domestic pension funds, growing the fund to JPY14 billion. In 2014, he founded Three i's Capital and stepped into the role of Representative Director.
Takashi Inohana has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has remained dedicated to the real estate field since he started his journey with real estate auctions and property management at a real estate company in Tokyo. In 2007, he transitioned to a startup company in the finance and real estate sectors. There, he handled tasks comprehensively including acquisition, closing, asset management and sales operations. His asset management track record spans a diverse range of properties, including office, residential, and commercial facilities, totaling 155 properties valued at approximately JPY133 billion. In 2017, he joined Three i's Capital.
Tetsu has 25 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. He began his career at Sanwa Bank (now MUFG Bank) in 1995, specializing in corporate finance and business turnaround for mid-to-large cap clients. He later joined an e-venture, introducing new management practices and forming a corporate alliance with a major newspaper. After working in consulting, he moved to Sumitomo Trust (now Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank), managing M&A and project finance in Tokyo and London. Back in Tokyo, he oversaw credit approvals and policy formulation. He then served as Head of Corporate Planning at a listed real estate firm, leading M&A, TOBs, and fundraising. Tetsu holds a degree from Nagoya University and completed ACPs in Project Management and IBOM at UC Irvine.
Yumiko Inoue has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has been engaged in consulting services specializing in high-net-worth individuals. She particularly excels in transactions involving condominiums and income-generating properties in central Tokyo. In 2017, she launched the wealth management business at Open House Co., Ltd., initiating the handling of U.S. real estate and achieving success as the head of the division. Her total transaction volume for real estate sales and purchases, both domestic and international, exceeds JPY 100 billion. She has provided comments for various specialized and general magazines and has extensive experience in giving training lectures at corporations and tax accountant firms. Joined Three i's Capital in June 2020.
Kouji Tobita has over 15 years of experience in the leasing industry. He has been involved in the sales and branch operations of Japanese operating leases for aircraft, vessels and containers at major leasing companies. He has experience in raising approximately JPY 180 billion in funds. He joined Three i's Capital in 2020. Oversees operations not only in the Western Japan region but also conducts sales nationwide, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of customers.
Kentaro Ohnishi started his career at an independent real estate fund, playing a indispensable role in propelling the fund's assets under management to JPY100 billion. Transitioning to a prominent financial institution thereafter, he spearheaded the inception of the operating lease business. Since 2019, he has been an integral member of Three i's Capital, actively engaged in all facets of the real estate fund business.
Michiko Inazu has experience in all types of transactions in the real estate industry, from rental real estate sales to multi-billion-yen transactions. At WealthPark Co., Ltd., a leading figure in Japan's real estate DX landscape, she adeptly fostered relationships with overseas investment firms. Then at Open House Co., Ltd., she launched the Inbound Business Division (targeting overseas investors). Joined Three i's Capital in September 2023.
Seiji has 15 years of experience in real estate. He was previously involved in starting up a hotel development and management business, as well as a US real estate investment business. He was the COO of the hotel management company and helped build and acquire six hotels. Since 2022 he has resided in the United States and experienced hands-on property management and sale of multifamily properties. He joined the company in May 2026.
Katsuoki Nagoshi has over 50 years of experience in the leasing industry. Since 1970, he has been involved in the sales and management of numerous leveraged leases and Japanese operating leases at several major leasing companies, establishing himself as a pioneer in the industry. In 2008, he joined FPG Corporation and opened the Osaka branch, where he was involved in the sales and branch operations of Japanese operating leases for aircraft, vessels and containers. He joined Three i's Capital in 2020. Drawing on his expertise and knowledge in fundraising totaling approximately JPY 390 billion, he focuses primarily on sales activities in the Kansai region.
Katsuya Hisada has over 35 years of experience in the leasing industry. After working in the export ship quoting and contracting, construction quoting, inspection arrangement, and delivery operations at a major shipbuilding company, he moved to a major leasing company. There, he was involved in fundraising for overseas subsidiaries, structuring aircraft leases, and selling them to investors. Subsequently, he worked at several leasing companies, including Macquarie Japan Corporation, where he was involved in operating leases and financing for aircraft and vessels. He was involved in the formation of 66 aircraft funds with a total investment amount of approximately JPY 54 billion. He has experience in analyzing core information for fund reviews, such as corporate strength analysis including lessee creditworthiness and analysis of cash flows related to the products. Joined Three i's Capital in March 2023.
Kohei Takumi joined a system integration company in 2007, where he engaged in large-scale system development. In 2015, he joined a publicly listed real estate developer as IT Senior Manager, where he built an in-house development organization and directed the release of over 10 products per year. In 2019, he founded a company in Estonia and participated in DX support and system development projects, gaining particular experience in product development and project management under the highly uncertain conditions of startup environments. In 2025, he joined Three i's Capital as CTO. While being entrusted with AI-driven system development, he is also driving a security overhaul and internal DX. He holds a master's degree from the Graduate School of Science, Kyoto University. He has passed the IPA Project Manager and IPA System Architect examinations.
