Solicitation Policy on Sales of Financial Products

  1. We will conduct solicitation through meetings, telephone calls, or emails with customers.
  2. We will consider customers' knowledge, investment experience, investment objectives, and financial situation to make solicitations that are suitable for their intentions and circumstances.
  3. In conducting investment solicitations, we will provide accurate information to ensure that customers understand the nature of securities, the mechanisms of transactions, the content and risks of products, as well as the fees and expenses involved, so that customers can conduct transactions at their own discretion and responsibility.
  4. We will strive to respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries. We will also sincerely consider and reflect customers' opinions and requests in our operational policies.
  5. We will not engage in information provision or solicitation at times or in ways that may inconvenience customers.
  6. We will provide necessary in-house training to our officers and employees, strive to enhance their knowledge of the products, as well as laws, regulations, and rules, related to the financial products, and ensure that they can conduct appropriate solicitations for customers.
