Assets Under Management
In October 2018, we've launched our first vessel operating lease fund. This investment program, known as the Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO), aimed at providing total returns to high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises through investments in movable assets such as vessels. We will continue to explore various investment opportunities not only in vessels but also in aircraft, helicopters, and beyond, all with the aim of delivering these opportunities to investors.
We provide asset management services not only for funds structured in-house but also for movable asset funds structured by other companies. With a proven track record, we've successfully managed 18 funds, totaling a USD1.5 billion in assets under management.
